Candidates qualifying in CBT will now be called for PET
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Male Candidates
Lift and carry 35 kg weight for 100 meters within 2 minutes without putting it down.
Run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds.
Female Candidates
Lift and carry 20 kg weight for 100 meters within 2 minutes without putting it down.
Run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds
