Selected candidates will be engaged as Trainees in the first year and may be confirmed from the second year based on performance.

Eligibility & Preference
- Candidates must have passed ITI in 2025 or 2026.
- Candidates who have completed Apprenticeship will be given preference.
- Candidates passed from Government ITIs will be given preference.
- Candidates from PPP ITIs and Private ITIs may also be considered.
- Candidates residing in nearby locations will be preferred.
- Selected candidates will be engaged as Trainees during the 1st year. Based on performance during the first year, candidates may be confirmed from the 2nd year onwards.

Written Test → Practical Test → Personal Interview → Final Personal Interview
