Salary & Stipend Details
The fixed stipend/salary is ₹14,000 per month. Candidates completing all 26 duties in a month will receive an additional ₹2,500 attendance allowance. In addition, a ₹1,500 DBT benefit will be transferred to the candidate’s bank account by the Government.
Therefore, the total amount mentioned in the recruitment poster is ₹18,000 per month.
Facilities & Other Benefits
- Company-provided hostel facility is available; ₹2,000 per month will be deducted from salary towards hostel facility.
- Two-time tea/breakfast and two-time meals are provided by the company; ₹1,800 per month will be deducted from salary for these facilities.
- Uniform and safety shoes are provided free of cost by the company.
- Medical facilities are provided free of cost by the company.
- Overtime payment is ₹67 per hour.
- Medical Insurance will be provided by the company.
Important Note
As mentioned in the recruitment poster, PF and ESI will not be deducted during the Apprenticeship period. Candidates should carefully check all terms and conditions at the time of campus placement.
