Stipend & Salary Benefits
JBM Auto Limited Campus Placement में चयनित Candidates को poster में दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार निम्न Stipend और Benefits मिलेंगे:
Monthly Stipend: ₹18,000/- per month
Stipend: ₹14,000/- per month
DBT: ₹1,500/- per month
Attendance Award: ₹2,500/- per month (26 presents in a month)
Overtime: ₹67/- per hour
Food Facility
Candidates को 2 times Tea & Snacks, 1 Lunch और 1 Dinner की सुविधा मिलेगी। इसके लिए ₹60/- per day charge होगा, जिसकी deduction salary से की जाएगी।
Accommodation / Hostel Facility
Accommodation nominal charges पर उपलब्ध है।
Hostel Charge: ₹2,000/-
Hostel stay का charge salary से deduct किया जाएगा।
Other Benefits
- Medical Insurance / ESI / WC Policy / GPA Policy — Company द्वारा प्रदान की जाएगी।
- Uniform और Safety Shoes — Company द्वारा प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
- Candidate के location से company तक Sleeper Class Train Fare — Company द्वारा actual basis पर reimburse किया जाएगा।
- MBBS Medical Practitioner के Fitness Certificate के against ₹250/- reimburse किए जाएंगे।
- Candidates को अपने local police station से Police Verification Certificate प्राप्त करके joining के समय प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
