Foreman (Chemical): Diploma in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks and 2 years post-qualification experience in line.
Foreman (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks and 2 years post-qualification experience in line.
Junior Superintendent (Human Resources): Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations with minimum 50% marks in each and 2 years post-qualification experience in line.
Foreman (Instrumentation): Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 55% marks and 2 years post-qualification experience in line.
Operator (Chemical): B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with minimum 50% marks OR B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks, along with 1 year post-qualification experience in line.
Technician (Electrical): Matric plus ITI Tradesmanship / National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical / Wireman Trade with 2 years post-qualification experience in line.

BCPL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The upper age limit for the regular posts is 32 years for S-5 posts and 30 years for S-3 posts. The cut-off date for determining age and post-qualification experience is 09 October 2026. Age relaxation is applicable to eligible reserved categories as per BCPL/Government rules.
BCPL Salary / Pay Scale
S-5 Posts: ₹28,500 – ₹86,570 per month.
S-3 Posts: ₹25,000 – ₹81,430 per month.
Selected candidates will also be eligible for applicable allowances and benefits such as Industrial Dearness Allowance, Perquisites, North-East allowance where applicable, HRA, medical facilities and other benefits as per company rules.
