Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be between 18 to 24 years of age at the time of joining.
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 40% marks in 10th.
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in ITI.
- Candidates must be physically fit.
- Candidates with color blindness, any physical deformity, or low/high BMI are not eligible as per the placement criteria mentioned in the notice.

Salary and Benefits
FTC Position: Candidates selected for the FTC position will receive a CTC of ₹28,300 per month along with an Annual Statutory Bonus. The contract period is 36 months as per company policy.
Apprenticeship: Selected apprentices will receive an apprenticeship stipend of ₹21,200 per month for a period of 12 months.
