Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate age should be 18 to 24 years at the time of joining.
- 10th: Minimum 40% marks.
- ITI: Minimum 50% marks.
- Candidate must be physically fit.
- Candidates with color blindness are not eligible.
- Candidates with any physical deformity are not eligible.

Salary and Benefits
- FTC Salary: ₹28,300/- CTC per month + Annual Statutory Bonus.
- FTC Tenure: 36 months contract as per company policy.
- Apprenticeship Stipend: ₹21,200/- per month for 12 months.
