Age Limit
दोनों vacancy notices में सामान्य maximum age limit संबंधित posts के लिए 28 years as on 10 September 2026 है।
Candidates को prescribed age relaxation, reservation और अन्य eligibility conditions के लिए official notification जरूर check करना चाहिए। Notice 33/2026 के अनुसार candidates को 10 September 2026 तक eligibility conditions पूरी करनी होंगी।
Salary / Pay Scale
Supervisor-I – S1: ₹37,000 – ₹1,15,000 Initial Basic Pay: ₹37,000
Junior Maintainer – NS3: ₹18,250 – ₹59,200
Initial Basic Pay: ₹18,250
इसके अलावा applicable rates के अनुसार VDA, HRA, Perks और Allowances भी दिए जाएंगे।
Contract Period – Notice 33/2026
Vacancy Notice No. 33/2026 के posts की contract period 5 years from the date of appointment है।
Non-satisfactory performance की स्थिति में services one month notice या notice के बदले payment देकर terminate की जा सकती हैं।
Important: ये posts purely contract basis पर हैं और contract employment से regularization का कोई right नहीं मिलेगा।
Surety Bond
Supervisor Posts: ₹4,00,000/- surety bond, minimum 3 years service.
Non-Supervisor/Junior Maintainer Posts: ₹3,00,000/- surety bond, minimum 3 years service.
Resignation/termination से पहले one-month prior notice का provision दिया गया है।
Selection Process
Selection process में:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Medical Fitness Test
शामिल हैं। Medical fitness prescribed standards के अनुसार Indian Railway Medical Manual के आधार पर होगी।
CBT Pattern:
- Total Questions: 100
- Total Marks: 100
- Duration: 90 Minutes
- Correct Answer: 1 Mark
- Negative Marking: No
- CBT Language: Hindi or English
- UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS: Minimum 60%
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: Minimum 50%
- Further selection: Merit basis
Medical Examination
CBT के बाद shortlisted candidates को prescribed medical fitness test से गुजरना होगा।
Medical standards post के अनुसार अलग-अलग हैं। इसलिए candidates को अपनी post के applicable medical standard को official notification में जरूर check करना चाहिए।

UR / OBC (NCL) / EWS / Ex-Servicemen: ₹500/- + applicable transaction processing charges + GST
SC / ST / PwBD: No Fee
Application fee non-refundable है। यदि candidate एक से अधिक posts के लिए apply करता है, तो प्रत्येक post के लिए अलग application fee देनी होगी।

Important Note for Candidates
Application submit करने से पहले candidate को अपनी age, qualification, category और अन्य eligibility conditions carefully verify करनी चाहिए।
Junior Maintainer posts के लिए prescribed ITI trade qualification mandatory है। केवल higher qualification होने से prescribed ITI qualification की requirement automatically replace नहीं होती।
NCRTC original documents के आधार पर eligibility verify करेगा। यदि candidate prescribed eligibility पूरी नहीं करता है तो candidature किसी भी stage पर reject की जा सकती है।
